Ask your VA/service provider if she has a Credit Card Authorization form that she can send to you, and you fax back to her. But first, a word of caution …. Sending info via email is like sending a postcard via mail.

I don't have to schedule anything. Since I work at home (and because we're full-time RVers, always on the road), I need to be able to fax/copy/convert from anywhere. But I live and work in less than 200 square feet -- so I don't have the room for a lot of equipment. You won't regret it. I use Carbonite.

Having VAs I can simply fax order forms to. The photos are stored with some great features that I haven't seen in other smart phones.you can search by month or year. I have Dropbox on my phone as well so I can easily send documents to my consultants while on the road. Cafes with Awesome Wifi and My iPad. Another life saver?
