Firstly, you will probably have to apply to an agency first, through an online application. You then have to cross your fingers in the hope that your CV passes through whatever keyword algorithm they have in place that matches your CV with your potential employer’s job spec.
One of the unexpected surprises was that once my contract ended all the recruiters that I worked with said I did well and offered to help me with my jobhunt too!
