That will increase your self-esteem and you will want to share more often. I finally decided to host a free webinar on March 30, 2017, for administrativeprofessionals whereby I will be pulling back the curtain and sharing some of my secret strategies from when I was an employee for 20 years.
This was even instrumental in building their self-esteem. Amazingly, they grew to become excellent students, with a high level of self-confidence. (At After school, they couldn’t wait to quiz me on information they had learned that day. I must say, some of their questions really stumped me! At the time of this post.)

I know that is easier said than done because low selfesteem may be the roadblock. I found this link to the Rosenberg SelfEsteem Scale which has some questions we can ask ourselves to see where we are on the selfesteem scale. Now that’s positive self talk. I think I can, I think I can.&#

I fought through the stereotypes inflicted upon AdministrativeProfessionals by learning more about the business, asking to be on projects, leading multiple projects, and making a point to have my voice and ideas heard and recognized. Some people would try and “hush” me or not want to listen to my ideas.
97% of administrativeprofessionals are female. Increases self-esteem. As a result women often are reluctant to take the initiative in the workplace – whether to resolve a conflict, solve a problem, or present an idea—for fear of being labeled pushy or obnoxious. You care about yourself and your care about others.

I have seen people who kept kicking themselves over a mistake, but failed to learn from it and all that did was affect their selfesteem and confidence in doing the job. Move on If you have handled it to the best of your ability, righted the wrong and told the people you needed to tell, then you need to move on.
I thought she had the potential to be a great assistant except for her low selfesteem and she would put herself down when she made a mistake. It seems as soon as we tag someone as having an alcohol problem, we dont seem to see anything else about the person, just the problem. One day she just up and quit. 411 Look Up 411.ca
Unchecked, the effects are: increased stress, lower self-esteem and poor productivity among the abused, which in turn damage any organization’s effectiveness, stability and profitability.
