I have shared several discussions about this topic with my peers throughout my years as an administrativeprofessional. Stating facts about your performance is a form of professionalism and confidence. Focusing on providing exceptional service at work can be a struggle especially if you are not feeling appreciated.

I spent years devoting myself to writing an impressive in-depth curriculum for administrativeprofessionals of all levels and all walks of life. More and more, administrativeprofessionals are asking my opinion on having a certification. I have seen young people in the profession who are smart, bright and great administrative or personal executive assistants who are very successful. Second, I believe in all training, learning, and education.
I am reminded of the many training workshops I’ve led where we’ve discussed change and how to manage it in the workplace. I will admit: This situation is not the typical “change” scenario I discuss in my training workshops. No matter your personal circumstances, we are all being tested right now. A simple favor can be a life-saver.

While traveling gets old after a while and is tiring, I love what I learn when I go on site into an organization. Observing administrativeprofessionals at work is one of my greatest moments. I’ve been doing this for 28 years and I never grow weary of learning, experiencing, and coming home feeling rewarded!
