For instance, I have folders for the Board of Directors, International, Personal and one for Work Information. I get internal newsletters and other information-type e-mails so I have a folder called News and dump everything like that in there until I have a chance to go back and read it or delete it. I would recommend putting your blogspot on your resume under "Accomplishments" with a brief description of what your blog is about. Make sure if you are using your blog as part of your "career package" that you keep your blog professional and on target.

You usually answer according to what you see on the display and say “Hi&# , thinking it is an internal call, but they are transferring an outside call so you end up sounding unprofessional. When the Receptionist, or a co-worker, transfers a call without letting you know they are sending it. 411 Look Up 411.ca
