As a proud former administrativeprofessional , I’ve always enjoyed being a part of the admin community. Today, I am still a true supporter of administrativeprofessionals. We need people who embrace the admin role as a career of choice and want to help elevate the administrative profession.
I just got my new issue of OfficePro (the IAAP magazine for office professionals) and it was a great read on the bus the last few mornings. If you are already a member of IAAP the magazine comes as part of your membership. Another magazine that I would recommend for the Administrative Assistant is AdminAdvantage.

We’ve noticed that the number of administrativeprofessionals have been surfacing on Twitter has been increasing. With more assistants and professionals advocating for and teaching others how to use this valuable communication tool, assistants are seeing the value and deciding to jump on board. That's the beauty of a book or magazine, you can take it with you. Admin Advantage This is also a very good professionalmagazine by Desk Demon based in the UK and the United States.
I am a member of the International Association of AdministrativeProfessionals (IAAP). As part of my membership I get a subscription to IAAP's magazine OfficePro and also to their e-newsletter OfficePro Express. Both of these are excellent sources of information for the administrative assistant.
