For instance, I have folders for the Board of Directors, International, Personal and one for Work Information. I get internal newsletters and other information-type e-mails so I have a folder called News and dump everything like that in there until I have a chance to go back and read it or delete it. They are responsible for canvassing the participants for dates and determining the date everyone is available and coummunicating that information to the participants by sending out a meeting request to everyone or emailing the date (depending on how you or your organization prefers to send notices of meetings).

In my experience I have found that providing administrative support is whatever is needed to support your boss and make the office function efficiently.
