I know that is easier said than done because low selfesteem may be the roadblock. I found this link to the Rosenberg SelfEsteem Scale which has some questions we can ask ourselves to see where we are on the selfesteem scale. So I started to say Yes and it was a real confidence booster. 23, 1 p.m.
