April is just around the corner and we love celebrating administrativeprofessionals! In honor of AdministrativeProfessionals Week (4/20 – 4/24) and Office Dynamics 25th Year in business educating administrativeprofessionals and their executives, we are bringing back our Blog-a-Thon.
Administrativeprofessionals are strategic partners in business success. “Administrative” cannot be separated from “professional.” Succession planning for administrativeprofessionals is critically necessary to ensure future success in every industry and every business regardless of size.
April is one of my favorite months because, here at Office Dynamics, we get to celebrate the wonderful accomplishments of those in the administrative profession! In case you are not aware, AdministrativeProfessionals Week is April 24 – 28. But we celebrate the entire month of April. Thirst for knowledge.
Administrativeprofessionals are always asking us what it takes to really stand out in the workplace. Or are you letting your professional reputation be shaped unintentionally? How others perceive you is such an important and underutilized tool for administrativeprofessionals.

We need to be assertive and show our bosses how much better they can function if the administrative jobs are taken care of by us.
