Over the last few months I have been busy behind the scenes working on the programme for Assist 2016. At Assist 2016 we will focus on how we can shape the future of the role, the skills we will need to future proof our careers and how we can finally get the reward and recognition that we deserve.
One of the key things I learned about purposeful and maximal training is that the best results come from carrying your muscle through the form you wish to create. It is true that consistently training without purpose will not permit progress, but showing up precedes all the possibility purposeful training allows.
Your feedback is always welcome, but this year it will be particularly helpful as I am working on lots of new projects for the rest of 2016 and into 2017. I want to know how you guys feel about the industry, what is happening to you and your current role, how you feel about the current training on offer and any other resources we can offer.
