It is a lovely part of Geneva with lots of shops, restaurants and cafes nearby. I did manage to escape work for long enough to pick up some groceries from the local supermarket with the intention of using the wonderfully equipped kitchen for some home cooking. Advertised minimum rate per night is 550 CHF (October 2014).
There is a large mall near by with restaurants and bars that your executive would enjoy if they are the type to venture outside of their hotel. The amenities include: ARA restaurant. The hotel is fully equipped for business travellers and will happily print any documents you need for free. AXIS lounge. 24 hour health club.
The hotel is surrounded by really nice restaurants, shops, cafes and bars which makes it a perfect location if you are travelling over for business and do not have a car. The living area is open plan with a very well equipped kitchen, beautiful seating area with an extremely comfortable sofa and flat screen TV.
The Doubletree was situated in the heart of downtown Memphis; close to plenty of fantastic restaurants, shops and local attractions including the Fedex Forum and Memphis Redbirds stadium. On the ground floor of the hotel the space did look well maintained with a variety of flexible rooms and AV equipment. Opinions are entirely our own.
The restaurant was booked for a private event – showing how popular the space and the food is – so that evening I had dinner in the lobby area. I was really impressed with the gym equipment and the overall set up of the fitness centre. Advertised minimum rate per night $109 (January 2014). . .
The equipment was top of the range and the space was really well designed. As it was Sunday the restaurant was very busy catering for the New York Sunday brunch crowd. Advertised minimum rate is $595 per room (April 2014). . There was a well stocked fridge with water, Vitamin Water, energy bars, fruit and freezing cold flannels.
Each room is equipped with the following: Etro toiletries. The fitness centre is particularly good and the high-tech equipment well maintained. The hotel has a well placed restaurant – The Lafayette , which has a lovely fine dining menu and is perfect for a client dinner or morning meeting. Opinions are entirely our own.
There is a well-equipped fitness centre for those that do not want to brave the elements. The restaurant is a great place to hold an early morning business meeting, which appears to be very popular in Washington DC. Advertised minimum rate per night $288 (January 2014). .
