A few years ago I was travelling with my boss to a number of appointments around London. Everyone that signs up to a GetTaxi Corporate Account will have access to a dedicated account manager and access to a 24hr customer service number. The code expires 31/12/2014, so get hailing! Now that is customer service! During the 10 minutes I had to wait for my room I was able to rest my travel weary body on one of the comfortable sofas next to the open fire in the lobby area. Advertised minimum rate is $139 per person (March 2014). Opinions are entirely our own.

Quite simply breakfast at the Swissôtel Métropole was some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Advertised minimum rate per night is 425 CHF (October 2014). They were clearing the tables that were unoccupied. We had to run inside, cups and plates in hand. Our opinions are entirely our own.

And on the other hand, you have an Avison young survey of occupiers, travelers that says that 30% off a stock is going to be flex.
