To be fair I used to travel to university from St Pancras back in the early 2000′s and it was still a little rough around the edges but since then the area between two of London’s busiest train stations has changed completely. As we have operations in Europe, Africa, Asia and Australia, amongst others, I am already looking at ways to improve how all of the EAs spread across the globe can work more efficiently as a team, and make a more telling contribution to the ExCo and Senior Management Teams.
