Service Untitled: So tell me about your role and what you do at Zappos. Rob: I am the director of the Zappos Customer Loyalty Team. And I started in the company as a temp worker in 2004. So that’s another side benefit for us as when we have peak season is those folks come back on the phones and help out with our customers.
