I got carpal tunnels syndrome/tendinitis in 2000 & 2001 because I didn’t have good ergonomic advice, & didn’t take any initiative back then to seek it out. Though less focus on my hands and more about keeping from blowing out the voice by keeping relaxed while singing my brains out !-)

In 2001 Mary Parry was homeless and living in a tent in Pennsylvania when she began befriending hikers along the roughly 2,190-mile Appalachian Trail. The captain didn’t hesitate, despite the small chance she could never fly again if having only one remaining kidney left her too weak to pass stringent pilot health standards.

Solomon – I feel that being able to discuss, talk and look at all sides of the coin is a gift, and yet so many people ignore the opportunity to ask questions, go deeper and learn more.
